After almost a decade of providing information about special education and resources for families and professionals, our largely volunteer organization is winding up its active programming. We are delighted, however, that our key projects will be continued by an organization that we have worked with in the past and that we know will provide a good home for our work – F•E•G•S Health and Human Services System.
F•E•G•S will incorporate much of the material from our website into their website which can be found at www.fegs.org. They plan to continue our Life After High School College Conference, and they will be building on the work we have done to support individual families with questions and problems regarding their child's education.
In order to be added to the mailing list for F•E•G•S and to learn about their activities as they build on the work of The Center for Learning Differences, you need to take a moment to send an email to priggio@fegs.org to provide them with your contact information. We know that you will find them to be a valuable resource.
As for us, we are not closing down completely and will be continuing our mission by working together with other organizations to study issues relating to learning and education.
